Santa Fe to Taos
Schyler and Jessica stopped by Santa Fe for a short visit on their way from Scott City Kansas to Bend Oregon. Dolly-baby and Sid-bear got to play, while us adults went out to take in some live music with food & drink- It was a nice time.
We moved from Santa Fe up into the mountains to Taos...it's beautiful here.
Tomorrow we're going to tandem bike around the plaza, stopping at museums and galleries.
More to come....

The moon went down...

The Adam's family stopped by mid-move from Tulsa Oklahoma to Bend Oregon.
The move was taken in an 80's Toyota van stacked to the gills with the items they
felt fit to keep. It was nice to get to know their two boys, Eliot and Ettien. Drinking the best happy hour
margarita's and wondering around the streets of Santa Fe. We spent a few hours in the Plaza on Wednesday
taking in the scene, when we all saw a real life taco stand, and not just any taco stand, the most well known
and loved taco stand in all of Santa Fe- They make a huge carne asada that we all shared, it tasted wonderful,
but I ate only a small bite thinking I would save room for a frito pie at the five and dime. I never had the frito pie
but my sparing consumption of the street taco saved my insides from the night of hell faced by Esther, Ryan and Ceiara... Vile, vile sickness struck the casita, sharing one small bathroom, sleeping only the minutes of quiet between the sick, sick bathroom noise. The illness reached into all of Thursday...the Adam's family left last night and Esther finally rested.
My birthday post coming soon...
